VA Military Sexual Trauma

Weekly yoga program for Veterans with Military Sexual Trauma.  This yoga program is designed to offer tools to manage the symptoms of PTSD and to build foster an environment where individuals can thrive. The breathing practices, mindful movement, guided meditation, yoga nidra (guided rest) and gratitude are a support system that help empower the vets to self-regulate. Time and time again the vets report how the breathing practices save them from reactivity and empower them to find calm in their storms.
