The Foundation currently supports nine programs in the tri-county area.

“People under stress due to poverty, illness and other life circumstances can use yoga for coping, healing and ultimately empowerment,” says Lynn Medow, founder and president of Yoga by Design Foundation. “The practice of yoga empowers the individual to implement and utilize their inner resources to bring them back to their strongest and most balanced self.”
